You accept this agreement, which covers your login, how wagers are placed and settled, and the standards we hold each other to. It applies from account creation, not from your first bet.

A banner appears above the first clause and a message goes to your profile inbox. Both state the date and the clause numbers affected, so you can check them in advance.

Some clauses depend on where you access the platform. Where local law permits the full feature set, every clause applies; in supported regions with narrower rules, certain lobby features stay switched off.

Either side can end the agreement. We may close an account where these terms are broken, and you may close yours whenever you wish. Any balance is returned through the rail you used.

Ask support and we will explain it in plain words, quoting the clause number. If the wording still reads ambiguously, we will amend it at the next revision.

Raise the query within seven days of the settlement date through live chat or email. We pull the wager record, compare it with the supplier log, and reply with both figures quoted.
